1)  You declare you are at least 21 years of age and not personally prohibited by law to purchase, posses firearms
     or ammunition.

2)  You will only use this product for target use, as instructed.

3)  That no Federal, State or local law prohibits the purchase, possession or use of this product. 

4)  A valid mailing address where you reside. *Shipments will not be sent to PO Boxes.

5)  You are a legal citizen of the United States.

6)  Will use soley for personal use.

7)  Has not been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.

8)  Is not under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.

9)   Is not a fugitive from justice.

10)  Is not an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.
        *as defined in section 102 of the Controlled        Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802)

11)  Has not been adjudicated as mentally defective.

12)  You will not store or transport mixed product away from shooting site, as it is illegal.  True Shot must be shot the
        same day and in the same location as it is mixed.

13) SAVE HARMLESS AGREEMENT – Because use of the information and/or materials is beyond our control, the purchaser or user agrees and without reservation to save True-Shot LLC. or their agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, and attorney’s fees arising out of, claimed on account of, or in any manner predicated upon loss of or damage to property of, and injuries to or the death of any and all persons whatsoever, occurring in connection with or in any way incidental to or arising out of the purchase, sale, and/or use of any and all property or in any manner caused or contributed to by the purchaser or user, their agents, servants or employees, while in, upon, or about the sale or use site on which the property sold, offered for sale or where the property or materials are used, or while going to or departing from such areas.  As it is impossible to foresee and/or list all possible safety practices needed in any given circumstance or event, user accepts full responsibility and any and all liabilities associated in any way with the purchase and/or use of these materials.
